HISTORY OF EFT

Emotional Freedom School

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT ) is a simple, effective and natural method that combines the knowledge of Ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. It belongs to the branch of energy psychology.

Since the 20th century EFT is rapidly gaining popularity worldwide. It is used to relieve physical and psychological conditions. Separate EFT schools are emerging, and experienced EFT practitioners are constantly improving and perfecting this method.

EFT was developed by the American Gary Craige in 1990. after publishing the book “EFT Handbook” ( EFT Handbook ). Gary Craige has found that combining clicks on specific points on the human meridian system, widely used in Ancient China, with words phrased in a certain way, greatly improves the well-being of clients, and this effect is long-lasting. Gary Craige realized that by understanding the mechanism of early trauma, it is possible to release emotions that are stuck in the human body. The body relaxes, the mind calms down, emotions are balanced and the quality of life improves.

Currently, EFT is presented as an effective technique by such world-famous authors of books, seminars, and trainings as Jack Canfield, Nick Ortner, Christiane Northrup, etc.

Methods related to EFT: Thought Field Therapy, Tapas acupressure technique, Tapping.

THE STORY OF MY LIFE

Ausrele Savukyne

Head of holistic lifestyle and nutrition and EFT, creator of the Emotional Freedom School

I have been helping others regain vitality, joy, and confidence for over ten years. When consulting people, I use those methods and techniques that I have tested myself and whose effectiveness has been confirmed by my clients. These are emotional freedom techniques, holistic health and nutrition principles, and methods of creating a conscious life. No matter what crisis occurs, I remind myself and others: “We are the masters of our lives.” Emotional freedom is the most direct path to success. Freeing yourself from stifling emotions opens up new possibilities.

I think that the most important principle that leads to success is taking responsibility for one’s life. From habit, from parental examples, from laziness, we can wait for someone to come, solve, do…

But who are really the masters of our lives? Who should solve our challenges, achieve our goals, enjoy our everyday life? And when should you start doing it?

Got the answers? I’m glad! All that remains is to move from knowledge to action and reclaim what we have a natural right to – life with joy!

Together with the School of Emotional Freedom, this is easier to achieve!
